Technology and sustainability: Espina & Delfín promotes the digitalisation of the water cycle.

Today, at the First Congress of Smart Cities and Circular Economy, held in Pontevedra, our CEO Óscar Rodríguez Gutiérrez participated as a speaker in the session on digitalising the integrated water cycle.

During his presentation, Óscar shared Espina & Delfín’s vision of how technology, data, and operational intelligence can optimise water management in urban environments, enhancing service efficiency and advancing towards more sustainable and resilient models. It is important to highlight the significant progress of our projects in this field, as since the award of the first grant call (2022) under the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (PERTE for the Digitalisation of the Water Cycle), we have strengthened our presence in the sector.

This marks another step in our commitment to the digital transformation of the water cycle and to building smart cities that serve people.
