The Whistleblowing Channel is the tool that the Espina & Delfín Group provides to employees, suppliers, clients, and collaborators to report any concerns, inquiries, or suspected misconduct related to the Code of Ethics and anti-corruption regulations.
We guarantee full confidentiality for whistleblowers, as well as protection against retaliation for all reports made in good faith.

The Responsible Procurement and Supplier Policy establishes a set of values and guidelines for selecting suppliers and carrying out purchasing procedures. Its purpose is to ensure principles such as fair and impartial supplier selection, compliance with quality standards, ethical and legal conduct, and responsible business practices by all parties involved in the supply chain.
