INTERNSHIPS
- For final-year undergraduate or first-year master’s students in qualifying programmes.
- Internships may take place during the academic year or summer, either at the head office or at one of the municipal water services.
- Interns will receive guidance and support from an experienced mentor and training in both technical skills and personal development.
TRAINEE CONTRACTS
- For recent graduates (undergraduate or master’s) with a degree but no prior work experience (not having been employed for more than one year under a trainee contract).
- The training period lasts 6 to 12 months at the head office, during which trainees will rotate through different departments and roles within the company. All training is supervised by an experienced tutor responsible for the trainee’s development. Trainees will receive comprehensive training, both technical and in soft skills,
- with the possibility of permanent employment upon completion of the programme, either in Spain or at one of our foreign subsidiaries.
PROFILE (IN BOTH CASES)
- Strong academic record and a high level of English (C1); knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Professionally ambitious, with no prior experience required.
- Courageous, with the desire and ability to take on challenges.
- Proactive, eager to learn. Motivated to seize opportunities and interested in building a career within the company.
- Willingness to relocate as required.
The departments participating in the programme are: Studies, Construction, Engineering (Technical Office, Metalwork Shop, Assembly Department), Water Services, and Occupational Health & Safety.
