CODE OF ETHICS

This defines the principles and code of conduct governing the activities of every professional in the Espina & Delfín group, regardless of their sector or their geographical location.

This code seeks to guide relationships for employees; their interactions with customers, shareholders, suppliers and external collaborators; with public and private institutions and with society as a whole.

Operating the business with integrity does not only protect the company’s image and reputation, it also provides a workplace that everyone is proud to be part of.

COMPLAINTS RESOLUTION PLATFORM

The Complaints Resolution Platform is the tool used by the Espina & Delfín Group to offer employees, suppliers, customers and collaborators a channel to verify any doubt, query or disclose any irregular conduct within the Code of Ethics and anti-corruption regulations.

ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY

The purpose of the anti-corruption policy is to provide the organization with the principles of action and a code of conduct that prevents, avoids, reports and disciplines any corrupt practices within the company or in our relationships with third parties.
Espina & Delfin totally rejects all forms of corruption and operates zero-tolerance towards any breach of our policy.

SUPPLIER AND RESPONSIBLE PROCUREMENT POLICY

This establishes a series of values and guidelines of action for supplier selection and procurement procedures. The aim is to ensure principles such as concurrence and impartiality in the selection of suppliers, compliance with quality standards, ethical and regulatory respect or responsible business practice by everyone involved in the supply chain.
